Cabled through vent stack toilet and cabled, camera through vent and was unable to clear or gain perception. Authorized to jet line and opened with jetter. Camera revealed water in line and full pipe where camera will not continue possible separation of down stream side of belly. Cabled mainline stoppage to clear through floor drain. Pulled back rubber gloves and pieces of steel wool. Video inspection finds excessive amounts of grease build up caked to pipe walls. Recommend high pressure water jetting drain restoration with Harban drain cleaning High pressure drain cleaning restoration. Jet mainline from cleanout back through home to clear large amount of sand stoppage and solid waste. Video inspection found belly in line aprrox. 60' from cleanout to approx. 75' at Wye fitting. Suspect broken/collapsed/separated 4" line past Wye. Requires immediate repair to correct. Also install 2 way cleanout at home required Installed Aqua-Pure under sink filter for drinking faucet. Cabled through trap in shower drain removing white substance and hair. Cleared and inspected septic tank. Cleared inlet funnel box. Cleared stoppage. Shortened 3" pipe flush with i inside of box. Ran camera into house and discovered belly in line at 26' and came out of belly at approx 31'. Septic Pump out. Concrete block tank leaking ground water inside. Drain field is failing, roots inside septic tank, total system failure. Needs new tank and drain field. Metered water exiting drain field approx 30' below. Shut water off at meter. Replaced washers on whole house shut off.
Cabled laundry line and ran 3 cycles thru. Washer draining good. High pressure drain cleaning restoration. Jet laundry line from roof vent. Camera inspection found hard materials hardened to pipe section of laundry line requiring replacement or repair Cabled main sewer line via roof vent. Found cleanout. Camera main sewer line via cleanout. Found root intrusion past curb side cleanout. Located and marked spot of intrusion. Ice maker hook up is leaking. Turned off water and tightened up clamp and compression fitting on ice maker supply line. Checked bathrooms and could not detect the odor at this point. Checked traps for breakage. Traps are OK. Also checked for plugged vent no or traps being sucked dry. Recommend another visit to do a smoke test. High pressure drain cleaning restoration. Kitchen stoppage. Recommend jetting whole house. Ran 100' of jetter hose through 2" stack. High pressure drain cleaning restoration. Request to jet all lines. Jetted all drain lines in home's bathrooms. cabled through toilet and pulled out small milk bottle. Test flush is good.
Trim out bathroom: Lav sink faucet and waste assembly, Moen shower valve trim out, install customer supplied toilet. Install customer supplied kitchen sink, faucet, and waste assembly. Hook up dishwasher. Hook up new angle stops. Pulled water closet and repaired flange with new flange riser and flange steel repair kit. Reset toilet. Tightened and installed new tank to bowl nuts on bolts to hold tank steady. Installed new supply line from angle stop to toilet. Replaced cartridge on Moen model shower valve in master bath and new screw replaced handle. Replaced fill valve and tank seal. Cleaned residue from bottom of tank. Repair 1" fitting PVC for irrigation line. Made repair to pipe with new 90 degree and sharkbite fitting. Floor drain clogged. Cabled floor drain thru drain in kitchen area. Cabled drain line through tee clean out to open drain at approx 20'.
Kitchen sink stopped up. Cabled kitchen line from cleanout. Took apart trap under kitchen waste and cabled three times before opening line. Line full of sludge and grease which needs hydro-jetting. Remove section of carpet and set up vapor barrier enclosure around area of excavation. Excavate thru concrete to expose sewer. Repair break and install cleanout. Back fill and concrete. High pressure drain cleaning restoration. Jetted out line with Harban Jetter and cleared stoppage. Line is holding water at 100' by double Wye. About 1" of water is in line. Video inspection. Ran video inspection with camera rigid 150' seems to be only problem besides grease build up in line. 3 handle faucet leaking. Tub drain is leaking into 1rst floor. Installed a new faucet. Rebuilt hot side of faucet. Cold side stripped. Basket strainer is leaking. Installed a basket strainer, tail piece and nuts and washers. Ran 5' of 7/8 cable through 3" hub drain.
Pulled grease trap and it was full. Recommend cleaning grease. main line stoppage @ 5027 unit 511. Customer also wants to hydroscrub for all building drains and new cleanouts to be installed wherever. Cleared from roof vent and cleared. Also located 1st cleanout, apartment flooded with sewage. Installed 4 cleanouts PVC material. Also provided camera inspection and video. Equipment and labor. Found blockage @ main sewer. Cabled and cleared stoppage. Video inspection revealed belly (back pitch) in main line causing toilet water to flow toward floor drain. Heated up manifold to remove old copper 1/2 pipe that was not installed properly. Replaced section of pipe with new 1/2 copper and one slip coupling and hub coupling to repair manifold. Pulled toilet and reset with wax ring and toilet bolts. Cabled thru toilet flange, video inspected, cleared blockage thru master bath.
Video inspection. Camera main sewer line via roof vent. Locate main sewer line in front of house. Root intrusion approx 5' from cast iron transition to clay pipe. Recommend cleanout installation and root intrusion pipe between cast iron and clay pipe with PVC and cleanout. Replace entire sewer line from cast iron to city tap with Sch 40 PVC and two cleanouts across driveway. Install new drainfiled approximately 450 square feet with new baffle tee filter, which comes with ten years warranty. Price also includes equipment rental and permit application. High pressure drain cleaning restoration. Jetted from roof vent to clear upper and lower kitchen sink. Cleared blockage. Cabled toilet with auger; broke auger. Was unable to clear, need toilet. Company trouble shoot leak, found that 3/4 x 1/2 polybutalene fitting had popped out due to corrosion on ring caused it to split allowing pipe to split out from tee. All repairs were made as agreed.
Float switch in tank was unstripped. Reattached float in tank. Replaced old toilet with new 1.6 gal pro. flow & grouted. Repair sprinkler line on right side of driveway. Repaired 1/2 sprinkler line. Replaced gate valve with ball valve. Used one 3/4 PVC SHC 40 male adapter. Thread into existing cpvc. 1 Tru Flow Tech tip ball valve + labor. Well leaking out of the outlet. Fix with one male adaptor. Glue with blue glue. Guest bath toilet clogged. Cleared with toilet auger. Will move to further investigation. MLS. Strongly recommend a new sewer and hydro scrub whole house. Ran 100' of 7/8 cable VTR, cleared stoppage. Ran camera and locator, saw roots in line. Main sewer comes out of front of house under hose bib and straight out to street. Recommend replacing sewer from house to city tap with 2 cleanouts. Also saw buildup in building drain. Recommend hydro scrubbing whole house. New sewer, Hydroscrub
Slab leak broke 3/4 copper main. Customer broke concrete up themselves. 3/4 copper water line. Replaced 3 foot of water main line Well water discolored and poor taste. Replaced filter (customer supplied) in filtration system. Added salt to softener tank and flushed system. Cable main sewer line via cleanout on wall by laundry. Recommend: Install cleanout either @ problem area or by house in order to access line. Include camera and line location. Hydro-jet house via cleanout toward house.
Clog in toilet. Clear stoppage with toilet auger. Order valve for toilet. Sloan valves bad on urinal and toilet. Shut off water to building, replaced sloan flush valves (two). Removed and tightened spud on toilet. Broken gate valve on Bldg 41 west side only Chipped away foundation to expose good pipe. Replaced with a 3/4 ball valve, Same 3/4 pipe, 3 90 degree and 2 cuplers. Will use hydraulic cement on foundation. Had to shut off main water. Plant Hall museum @ closet behind cash register.
Covered complete area with plastic and demo concrete ceiling to expose cast iron vent tee. Removed tee and caped vent as requested. Also replaced cast iron from 2nd to 1st floor using PVC as requested. *Note: 4th floor lav has leak at stop. Recommend replace. Broken backflow preventer. Strongly recommend pouring concrete slab and pilars for backflow. Dug up broken backflow, temporarily hooked up direct until I get new backflow. Installed a new backflow. Remove sidewalk with St. saw and jackhammer. 2 techs. Dig up and find 4" cast iron pipe between building D. Found both 4" cast iron pipes for D Bldg. Install 4" cleanout.
Hydrojet buildings both ways on both cleanouts. Replace concrete. Hot water leaking from male adaptor hot side. Ran 18" copper to CPVC - connected with SRVC fitting. No leaks. Broke up section of concrete. Hauled away debris. Tunneled under porch and made repair to 3/4" water line. Also made connection under crack. Unable to view line beyond. Additional work may be needed @ additional cost. Cabled thru cleanout in garage. Cleared blockage for both guest bath and laundry. Camerad with main line - found 3/4 cpvc pipe in sewer. Cable cleared - due to cpvc line in sewer no warranty. Pulled 1 guest bath toilet.
Video inspected thru toilet flang as well as 2 cleanouts, 1 outside upstream, 1 in garage downstream. Located line all composed. Diagnosis- leaking water pipe. Floor drains backing up. Hydro-scrub all floor drains in milk processing room. 11 floor drains total. Removed old plastic bags & foreign material from multiple drains (in p-traps). Showed foreign materials to maintenance man on site.
Hose bib broken outside laundry. 1 tech, 1 hr. with small piece copper/ service fitting new hose bib, chipping hammer. Hydro cement to patch hole in brick, chipping hammer to expose. MLS Cable main line from cleanout to clear stoppage. Run video inspection of main line after stoppage. Need to hydro jet whole hose with 1200 psi to clear sludge buildup. MLS Diagnostic charge - ran camera from vent stack and found that septic tank is full.

Line needs extensive jetting for proper drainage.
Rehooked strainer on triple sink. Tighten loose connections on both faucets. Replaced washers on both faucets - hots only. New installation - faucet/trap/supply lines 1. 2nd floor back to back lav stoppage. Used 5/8 cable 30' from p-trap several times and was unable to clear. Cable shiney. * Camerad and located line to 1st floor. Clean out behind floor sink. Drained down line and augered with 7/8" cable several times, unable to clear and cable returns shiney with binding, indicates broken sewer under slab. Repair is only option. Repair estimate to tie in lav to soil stack behind elevator

2" back flow leaking - need to be replaced. Shut down water to sleve at main. Cut out old Zurn 2" Backflow. Installed new 2" Zurn backflow using propress fittings. Brought water back on. No leaks. Operates fine. Installation/ Repair of drainfield Install 900 gal tank with 300 sq. ft. drainfield. Price includes permit + inspection letter. If gravity cannot be maintained add 300 gal pump tank pump + alarm for electrician.
Replace Mean positemp cartridge. Chipped out old 1222 Moen cartridge. Replaced with new cartridge. Operates fine. Customer to purchase new from. Install new 4 inch scd 40 pipe from house to septic tank with two way cleanout. Bust up concrete slab to run new line. Water heater on shelf leaking shelf 38 gal. low bay. Remove W/H off of shelf. Install a 38 gal low bay on shelf. W/H leaking at base in bathroom closet. Installed c/f W/H in closet. Customer furnished.
Low pressure @ kitchen. 1. Pulled antisipher device from faucet. 2. Also pulled hair out of hole - both sink plunger. Tested - OK. Toilets not working. Bathroom sink stoppage. Sediment in water line throughout house. Owner called the county. They are coming out. He wants to wait until they evaluate this situation. Cleared bathroom sink stoppage. Water main break.
Shut off water to spa and capped off 1/2" CPVC water pipe. Toilet installation. Install 1.6 gpf toilet, white, elongated with new bolts and new supply hose. Labor for toilet installation. Compression fitting leaking. Installed new Farrell repress + ecl fitting together. This is a quest repair to copper.
Multiple repairs. 1. Rebuild hand wash sink faucet by dishwashing station. "T & S Brass". 2. Minor rebuild men;s urinal rt side flush valve 1.0 gpf. 3. Snake urinal Rt after rebuild unable to flush - flushes correctly now. 2 problems- tub drain in kitchen backed up and sanitary. Cabled upstream of 4" cleanout, opened approx. 8', ran out 40'. Pulled back paper towel on cutter. Found no problems on camera. Cabled lavatory drain with rigid hand gun. Cleared out at approx. 15'. Pulled back piece of string.
Main Line Stoppage Cabled from outside cleanout to city main, couldn't clear. Problem is the city of Clearwater . They have been dispatched out. Replace one flapper. Shower faucet leaking. Strongly advised customer valve needs to be replaced they obtained to rebuild. Rebuilt three handle shower valve with seats & washers. Shower valve body was pitted. Strongly recommend replacing valves. Water heater leak @ top from tank, 40gal low, shelf mount
Replaced with AO Smith 40 Gallon Low. Installed new aluminum pan and insulation with .75" shut off. Tested OK. Installation/ Repairs of drainfield. Install 300 sq. ft. of infiltrator drainfield, includes labor, materials, tractor fee, and permits. If county requires a mound system an additional $2400.00 to cover dosing tank, sump pump, high water alarm, and electrical work. Load of sand if required. Pallet of sod if required. Went up on roof and ran video inspection down. Could not find any stoppage through whole system.
Hand augered toilet. No stoppage found. Ran water in both showers & sinks. Flushed toilets five to ten times. No stoppage found. Instant hot steam system. Looked at steam system. Water is getting to unit. Manager states that steamer is not shutting off at nighttime.

Replace 3/4 PVC 90 degrees & 3/4 hose bib. Bath #1: Replace fill valve. Bath # 2: Replace overflow assembly & water control diaphram. Cut out section of wall to locate pipes. House #2: Replace laundry hose with steel braided. Replace washer in kitchen faucet. Clean screen in shower head. Install 90 degree 1 1/2 for laundry drain. Hydro jet multiple access point. Cleanouts, roof vents, and closet flange. Problem area is in tee off section going through brease way.
Cable mainline via closet flange Correct drainage for pedestal lav with new 1 1/2 trap adaptor and hook up supply hose for hot water side of faucet. M/B toilet filling slowly. Rebuilt toilet with fill valve and flapper. Septic Pump Out. Installed new outlet filter and revealed PVC pipe outside of septic tank. Installed new lid on outlet end of septic tank. Installed 4 customer-supplied lav faucets and sinks @ Aquatic Center . Tested OK. Leak in front yard.
Replaced section of pipe in front yard where it had broken at the tee. Reconnected new tee and 90's to supply main water and irrigation system. Turned water back on and found no leaks and meter did stop spinning.
Install 4" PVC backflow preventor for sewer, as well as 4"cleanout up to grade. Excavated soil and roots around section of sewer to be removed. Cut out about 3 1/2 ft. of sewer. Installed 4" PVC sewage backflow preventer in between existing cleanout and new cleanout. DO NOT RUN CABLES THROUGH BACKFLOW preventer. Reset soil to conceal sewer and trench.
Lav stoppage. Pulled p-trap and ran 30' of 3/8 cable thru waste arm. Cleared stoppage. Installed a PVC p-trap. Tub stoppage, shower leaking. Need to replace shower valve. Ran auger thru waste and overflow. Pulled back large amounts of hair. Removed old Delta shower valve and replaced with customer supplied American Standard shower valve. No leaks, operates fine. C/P faucet. Installed customer supplied faucet, also cleared blockage. Recommend replacing ice supply line with plastic. Proposal includes all material, equipment and labor necessary to perform job.
Drain Doctors Inc. will install 120 ¾” ¼ turn brass ball valves for all water mains entering the buildings. Also, 2 1½” ¼ turn brass ball valves for the laundry rooms will be installed. Cost to excavate sanitary @ 2" to 6" transition. Remove approx. 6' of pipe camera and video line. Vactor line and jet line to remove grease and debris approx. 90' to city main gate valve. Also back flush line from main to excavation sight and pump out debris. Re-installed pipe pressure. Checked line and back fill to rough grade. Line is clear and flowing properly at this time.
Drain Doctors Inc. will replace both existing tank type gas powered water heaters outside the two different laundry rooms on the property. Each laundry room will now have 2 in line wall mount Renai water heaters with the ability to talk to each other allowing proper run time amongst the two units, prolonging the life expectancy for the water heaters. This price includes permits, equipment, material and labor to remove, install, re-pipe and dispose of the water heaters. Each set of two inline Renai water heater install. Replace waste assembly for kitchen sink. Cable tub in hall via overflow assembly. Cable shower drains from drain itself by using hand auger. W/H connections leaking & M/B toilet leaking. Hard pipe w/ cpvc for W/H. Rebuilt toilet with tank to bowl bolts and flapper. Request to flush W/H. Flushed and drained W/H.
Snaked tub. Snaked sink and pulled cigarettes form both drains. Dig up 2" line, cut and jetted line toward the lift station. Cleared all 2" line to city shut off vale. Note: City 6" line is jammed with grease as well. Will notify the city to clean line under road towards main line. Leak under sink. Garbage disposal leaking from units under body. Customer called company and they are sending own service department to fix at no cost to customer.
Service call. Removed bad tub spout with diverter. Installed new tub spout with diverter, including shock absorber for shower system. Water main leaking. Dig thru palm tree roots. Repaired 1 1/2 PVC pipe. Replace section. Replaced short section of 2' cast iron pipe. Re-ran line in PVC & installed test tec @ house. Pump lint trap.
Water leaking into unit. Unit 102 and 104 getting water leaking into units from unit 304. Hot water heater leaking from bottom into tray, Overflow line is clogged. 1 tech starting at 12:30 . Cabled line with small cable machine into overflow line that runs into sewer. Cleared. Couldn't camera so redirected overflow line into relief line. Total time 12:30-4:00 . Same 2" part as well. 1' parts where needed. Parts: 2x2x1 1/2 + 1 1/2x1' reducer 31' 90 degrees. All SCH 40 PVC. Blue glue primer. Toilet stoppage, women's room, left stall. Estimate to install new toilet and dispense of old toilet is between $400-$450 with a yr. warranty.
Ran toilet auger through toilet clearing stoppage. Toilet paper seems to be jamming up toilet trap due to toilet jets being calcified over and not allowing full water pressure to flush away solids. Outside mop sink floor drain clogged. Time in: 9:30am Time out: 10:30am Ran cable down floor drain. Hit stoppage at about 10 ft. and then pulled cable back with lots of debris on cable. Ran cable a second time out 100 ft. to give drain a good cleaning. Pulled back cable slow while flushing out drain with high volume of water.
Camera main line. Video inspected main line with tape provided. 3 bathrooms. Video inspected main line through cleanout. Found no problems with integrity of pipes although did find debris in line that would need to be flushed out prior to complete usage of sewer system. Overall clean side walls & upper laterals leading to flanges & vent stacks to lavs. Water main leak @ Straz Hall. Found pin hole leak @ 5th floor center. 2" hot water supply was leaking @ 2"x2"x1 1/4" tee. Had to drain down floors 5 thru 7, hot & cold was mixing. Replaces as needed. Tested OK.

Backfill, tamp and concrete area.

Checked insta hot and it seemed to be in good working order. Pulled aerator and cleaned. Water is running clean. Replaced kitchen faucet in trish's room. Also replaced both supply lines. The counter top is a little spongee because of water damage. No hot water, garbage disposal packed with garbage, and old. Replace kitchen faucet with a Moen pull sprayer and supply lines. Replace garbage disposal, Badger xp 3/4 hp Had problem getting hot water to get to faucet. Home needs to be repiped. Galvanized pipe is leaking badly.
Replace hot and cold angle stops under kitchen sink Pulled and replaced hot water heater under kitchen counter. Cabled main line from clean out in both directions and got some water to flow. Cable is stuck in line 100 Spartan at 30' in line. Hard augered toilet and plunged to clear stoppage. Ran diagnostic check on toilet and replaced flapper. Replaced approx. 30' of water service to house with PVC 3/4". Installed new shut off and hose bib. Broken water line in wall outside. Company used I find Leaks to locate the leak.
Removed sun stuco for broken hose supply. Fix with female adapter and installed new hose supply. Installed new customer supplied kitchen sink hand sprayer. Kitchen not draining. Recommend re-piping kitchen sanitary system. Ran water. Kitchen backed up after a while. Removed studor vent, then drain. Increase studor vent to 2", drain is still sluggish. Strongly recommend upsizing to 3" pipe.
Request for camera. Ran camera thru 3" cast iron. Water was flowing fine, line was clear. Ran camera thru 1 1/2 galv, saw a pile of sand on the bottom. Tested whole house, no gurgling or back-ups. Upstairs lav leaking. Installed customer furnish lav. I supplied supply lines. Kitchen stoppage. Recommend jetting whole house. Ran 75' of 5/8 cable thru waste arm. Cleared stoppage. Recommend p-trap to sink. Daughter's upstairs tub drain leaking. Repaired tub drain. New gaskets, tub drain, and overflow. Leak behind wall.
Cut 6"x6" hole under vanity and made repair to 1/2 cpvc water line. Toilet and bathtub back-up. Excavate 28' and remove orage borg sewer outside of house and replace with 3" shc 40 PVC w/ 2-way clean-out. Back fill. Replace 3 handle shower valve, and trim. Removed wall panel in bedroom located behind shower valve wall. Cut out bad shower valve and disposed. Installed new American Standard 3 handle (chrome) in place with new tub spout and shower head. Placed wall panel back in wall.
Tub drain broken, leaking in 1106 from 6106. Cut out ceiling to expose. Removed old trap and installed new with two techs (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs) Parts: One 1 1/2x1 1/4 fernco with new pvc SHC 3o Tarp Full Trap assembly Exspocer Toilet flapper. Installed new flapper in ladies restroom and checked sink to make sure everything is in good condition. Stoppage. Customer requests jetting. 100' 4" PVC sewer is running level and has backfall in several places.
Hydro scrubbed from down stream clean out. Pulled back plenty of some type of greasy substance. Recommend drum traps @ all sinks. Also recommend re-install sewer using lift station. Laundry line jet. Ran Harbon jetter thru VTR for kitchen/ laundry line. Ran out to main line. Line is cleared. Tested thoroughly @ sink & washing machine. Kitchen sink block. Cabled with sink gun. Couldn't clear. Used Spartan 100 thru waste arm 2 times. 1st didn't clear due to buildup. 2nd time cleared - ran water for 10 minutes. Bldg 61 no second shut off valve Line locate with exposer to find 2nd -- no damage to gate valve. Didn't replace.
Septic pump out - emergency. Spread lime over waste water wet areas. Est price for new field drains (includes all permits) Includes maintaining pumping of tank (1 time per wk) until new system is installed Found cold water supply, copper with 3/8" plastic nut without washer and putty for seal. Replaced both hot and cold supply lines with steel braided supply. tested ok. Jet out main line from house to tank. Install customer supplied 3 handle shower valve and tub spout including new waste and over flow trim and pop up basket strainer. New designer shower head installed.
Septic pump out. Pump down man hole with pump truck. Relocated to manhole before lift station 2200 gallons. Jett 12' sewer line 350' to clear blocking. Blockage cleared. Found infiltration in manhole with a lot of sand in manhole. Will have to replace pan male jetting. 2 1/2 hours with help of 1 helper and 2nd tech. Replaced single angle stops with dual in guest bathroom. Replaced strainer in sink in garage. Cable the main line 75ft through the clean out. Camera line. Cable the tub drain through the over flow.
Replaced hot water heater. Cabled the bathroom lav. through the waste arm. Septic Pump Out. Clean tee filter on outlet. Repipe water from 3/4 SHL40 thru attic. 1 Drop down inside wall. Ran approximately 9 over to main diaphragm. Rebuild diaphragm, connected CPVC to copper with male adapters. Propress, cut out dry wall to run pipe in south locations. Installed new 3/4 ball valve.

Cabled mainline stoppage through outside clean out with general speedrooter 91 7/8" cable machine to clear. Video inspection found excessive roots in line. Requires immediate repair to correct or problem will continue. Cabled shower floor drain with hand cable machine to clear hair stoppage. Installed new seats and spring in Lav. faucet of master bath. Cabled from inside unit as well as roof Cap all drain lines and water lines in designated bathrooms. Replaced 2" cast iron waste from ceiling to floor. Unable to replace down to museum area. Sanitary tee mounted in the floor would require floor demo. Tested OK. 2" waste pick-up lav on 4th floor.
Cannot find 2nd shut off valve on Bldg 12 Line locate with exposer for second bldg shutoff. Not damaged- did not replace. Company agrees to prep work area with plastic sheeting. Cut saw approx. 40" of concrete, jack hammer, excavate, and remove debris. Replace existing cast iron with schedule 40 PVC to UPC standards. Back fill and install vapor barrier to concrete area of excavation with high strength concrete.
Replaced 3/8" copper line to dishwasher with 3/8" S.S. supply line. Ran Mytana sink machine thru trap adapter. Ran past 90 and into branch line. Cleared stoppage. Reassembled trap. Drains fine. Cable and camera line form outside clean out to septic tank Sanitary line dropped @ tank causing back-ups. Replace 90 ar. Installed two couplers. Tech with helper. SAN 3/4" pipe was necessary to make connection possible. Expose broken 1/2" CPVC water line and remove. Replace with new CPVC 1/2" line with new brass threaded 90 degree and anchor to exterior wall.
Cabled upstream from outside clean out. Found heavy amounts of grease. Pulled back S.O.S. pad on cutter. Due to large amount of grease buildup on pipe, recommend high pressure jetting and Bio-one treatment on line. Jet out main line from cleanout that was in front of buggie storage. Ran jetter to manhole, clear stoppage, then camera main to find reason for stoppage. The only problem that was found was debris on top of storm drain in buggie area such as leaves, dirt, trash, etc. No problems were found to the sewer pipes themselves.
Replaced cold water shut off valve. 1 hr. 1 right angle shut off valve. 1' water main broke approximately 3 1/2'. Dewatered with pump and hand dug. No hot water throughout building. Initial diagnostics found bad Cirve pumps. Replaced all pumps as requested including check valves. Water still not hot. Drained and removed old water heater. Installed new 40 gal. lowboy with shut off and new pan. Cut 2" clean out on laundry and kitchen waste PVC. Cabled line, opened at 30'. Camera found 3 bellies in pipe.

Carefully removed 2" drain line avoiding several half inch copper water supply lines and replaced with new 2" PVC sch 40 DWV fitting, thick wall pipe, and 2"x2" PVC fernco. Ran water to test for leaks after appropriate dry time
Replaced angle stop on hand wash sink in kitchen. Installed owner-provided CPVC valve on 3/4 drain line steam table. Also replaced fitting leaking from previous repair. Cost to jackhammer concrete in mens room to gain access to cast iron under floor sanitary. Replacing with sch 40 PVC. Also to toilet to concrete back pitch in line from toilet to main line. Haul away debris back fill and recement floor. Note: Customer responsible for tile.
Cabled floor drain with general speed rooter 91 7/8" cable machine to clear stoppage. Retracted plastic bags and food debris, large amounts of grease caked to pipe walls. Requires high pressure water jetting drain restoration with Harbon drain cleaning technologies to clear grease for long term solution. Cleared toilet stoppage with combination of toilet auger and cable machine and plunger. Recommend replacement of bowl to prevent further occurrence. Removed feminine hygiene products. 30 days on drain cleaning not including grease or foreign object obstruction.
Replace aprox. 60' of failing sewer by routing sewer around mature tree which existing sewer is beneath. Excavate for new sewer consisting of SCH 40 PVC thick wall pipe. The existing system will be eliminated and by passed. Once proper pitch is achieved trench will be backfille and compacted. Removal of section of sidewalk for pipe installation. Removal and disposal of concrete and re cement sidewalk section to city easment point. new cleanout is to be installed with extension to above grade access at or near edge of foundation.
